Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive sales of UPVC profiles. You will develop relationships with UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and other stakeholders, promoting our product range and securing orders to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have strong sales skills and knowledge of the building materials industry, with the ability to manage a sales territory and negotiate terms. Fresher welcome, age under 40, field sales orientation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, especially UPVC profiles.
• Strong understanding of UPVC window/door fabrication and fabricator needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and work independently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a sales territory.
• Willingness to work in field sales.

Responsibilities
