Job summary

Careerist Management Consultants in Delhi NCR is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our corporate client base across India. This hunter role focuses on identifying, approaching and converting new corporate clients for contingency search and recruitment services.

You will leverage relationships with HR Heads, CHROs and TA leaders, and thrive on strong cold outreach and networking to build a portfolio of clients with uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B client acquisition experience.
• Recruitment/staffing/search experience preferred.
• Experience selling to HR Heads / CHROs / Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Proven new-client acquisition.
• Strong cold outreach/networking skills.
• Existing client network is a major advantage.
