Job Description

Basic knowledge of raw materials for Paints, construction chemicals & allied industries. Maintain customer relationships and follow‑ups. Generate enquiries on a daily basis through cold calls, establish contacts via industrial exhibitors list, websites, net search etc. Responsible for meeting the plan with respect to sales activities assigned. Maintain and update customer data and correspondence. Manage debtors with support from finance and accounts team. Responsible for payment collections. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling.
