The role requires MBA or Civil background with 24 years of sales experience in construction chemicals, paints, or building materials, plus strong negotiation and communication skills. The position is based in Maharashtra with travel across the Mumbai area.

• 24 years of sales experience in Construction Chemicals, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow business in the Mumbai region.
• Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and project customers.

• Lead, guide, and support the sales team.
