Job summary

DC Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a Civil Engineering background to identify land acquisition, redevelopment, and joint development opportunities.

You will conduct preliminary feasibility studies under DCR, coordinate with architects, government authorities and landowners, and prepare compelling proposals to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in real estate, redevelopment, land acquisition, project planning, or business development.
• Strong understanding of DCR, building regulations, and statutory approval processes.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional with a Civil Engineering background and strong knowledge of Development Control Regulations (DCR). The candidate will be responsible for identifying land acquisition and redevelopment opportunities, conducting preliminary feasibility assessments, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition, redevelopment, and joint development opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary project feasibility studies based on DCR regulations and development potential.
• Analyse land records, approvals, zoning requirements, and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, government authorities, and landowners.
• Support negotiations and discussions with landowners, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project feasibility reports, presentations, and business proposals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming development opportunities.
• Assist in obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and business partners.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. (Preferred)
• Minimum 3years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, land acquisition, project planning, or business development.
• Strong understanding of DCR, building regulations, and statutory approval processes.
