Job summary

Phaze AI, a Mumbai-based AI company, is hiring for a sales role where you’ll talk to founders and business owners every day and see how AI can help their business. You’ll work directly with founder Manthan, and manage warm leads from his content.

You’ll reach decision-makers via LinkedIn, cold email and calls, booking qualified discovery meetings for the senior team. The role offers a fixed salary plus incentives, with monthly 25k–50k depending on experience, and requires updating the CRM with

This is a sales role at an AI company. No coding needed.

You’ll talk to founders and business owners every day and help them see what AI can do for their business. You’ll work directly with our founder, Manthan.

Phaze AI helps business owners put AI to work inside their companies, through WhatsApp automations, AI assistants and custom systems that save their teams hours every week. We’ve worked with 250+ businesses so far, and we’re growing fast.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to founders, business owners, CEOs and other decision-makers through LinkedIn, cold email and calls
• Handle inbound leads from Manthan’s content. He has 180K followers on Instagram, so many of the people you talk to already know us and want to hear from us.
• Have first conversations, understand each prospect’s business problem, and spot where AI can help
• Follow up consistently and book qualified discovery meetings for the senior team
• Keep the sales pipeline up to date in our CRM, so every conversation and next step is tracked
