Shyftr System Technologies in Mohali, India, is seeking a proactive sales professional to generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold calling and email outreach, and to close deals.

You will handle clients, understand their requirements, prepare proposals, follow up and maintain strong relationships to build a scalable lead pipeline and achieve quarterly targets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in communicating value and negotiating effectively.
