Job summary

Skool Guru is seeking a result-driven BDE in Kerala to engage with parents and students, convert inquiries into admissions, and actively promote Skool Guru’s education programs. You will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets through strong communication and timely follow-up.

The ideal candidate has a graduation in any stream, 6 months to 2 years in sales or telecalling, and a willingness to work from our office with a fixed salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (BBA, BA, BCom, etc.).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or telecalling (preferably EdTech or service-based).
• Freshers with strong sales skills and communication are also encouraged to apply.
• Must work from Skool Guru office.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (6 days a week).
• Comfortable working under performance-based goals.
• Should have own commute to reach the office.
