Job summary

Prominent Adworks India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a passionate Business Development Executive to grow our client portfolio across digital marketing services.

You will generate and convert leads, meet prospects, present agency solutions, and coordinate with creative teams to tailor proposals for brands. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a digital/advertising agency, excellent English and Marathi, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Marathi communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (Based on experience & performance).

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Advertising Agency.
• Excellent English and Marathi communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.

• Candidates with experience in handling International Clients (US, UK, UAE, Australia, etc.) will be given strong preference.
