Responsibilities

• BD work and client liaison for order acquisition.
• Prepare technical & cost proposals.
• Coordinate Customer PO and Vendor Registration.
• Prepare DSR and update customers on planning changes.
• Pursue repeat orders and monitor payments.
• Support customer trials for new product packaging.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently.
