Job summary

Rayhawks Technology is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) Banking to drive growth in the banking sector. Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience will source new business through branch and open market channels and explain banking products to customers.

You will identify customer requirements, provide suitable information, and build strong relationships with customers, branches, and managers while handling end-to-end documentation and supporting business development

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and business performance.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed banking guidelines, processes, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with branches and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
