Job summary

Unhooked.Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive consultative selling for our personality development program. You will be the first contact for potential clients, guiding them through offerings and converting inquiries into enrollments from a remote setup.

The role requires strong English communication, Hindi knowledge, and comfort with video calls. Graduation is not required. 9AM-7PM, 6 days/week with one off; laptop and internet are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads through Zoom consultations to understand their personality concerns.
• Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable program plans.
• Nurture leads through empathy-driven conversations and consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• This is a Zoom-based role with 5–6 video calls per day, 6 days a week.
• All leads and Zoom schedules provided by the company.
• Candidates must be presentable and professional on video calls.

Working Mode: Remote / Work from home

Working Days: 6 days working rotational 1 off in a week

Working Hours: 9AM- 7PM

Compensation Details: 25k fixed Non negotiable + Incentives (60k to 2 lacs)

Key Responsibilities:

Incentives & Performance Structure:

• Incentives are performance-based and can be earned after the 6th successful sale.
• There is no upper limit on incentives, and candidates can continue earning incentives on every additional sale thereafter, based on performance.
• Complete training and onboarding will be provided.
