As a BDA, you will own the student journey from counseling to enrollment, build trust with students and parents, coordinate with internal teams, and drive intake targets in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.
We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates (MBBS Abroad). At Leverage Edu, our BDAs serve as trusted advisors and first points of contact for students aspiring to pursue MBBS overseas. From helping them shortlist the right-fit universities and countries to ensuring a smooth admission and enrollment process, you will play a pivotal role in turning their dream of studying medicine abroad into reality.
As a BDA, you will be responsible for managing the entire student journey driving engagement, building trust, and delivering an exceptional experience throughout their association with us.
Own and manage a portfolio of students - from the first counseling session to successful enrollment. Conduct onboarding, regular check-ins, and ensure overall satisfaction and success.
Develop in-depth knowledge of global MBBS programs, eligibility criteria, admission processes, documentation, and exam requirements (NEET, IELTS, etc.).
Build and nurture trusted relationships with students and parents as their go-to guide throughout the MBBS abroad journey.
Coordinate with internal teams to monitor and track each student’s application progress, ensuring timely submission and resolution of any bottlenecks.
Liaise with the Visa, Documentation, and University Relations teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer to enrollment.
Implement effective outreach and sales strategies to drive student conversions and consistently achieve intake targets.
This is a full-time, office-based role with a six-day work week.
