Job summary

CarePal Money is seeking a Business Development Associate to build and manage hospital partnerships across Bengaluru and Chennai. You will drive patient financing referrals, onboard hospitals, and coordinate with sales, credit and operations to close leads.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in healthcare, fintech, or financial services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel locally for hospital visits. MBA is a plus.

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres as partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams and patient coordinators.
• Conduct regular hospital visits and field meetings.
• Create awareness of medical financing and crowdfunding solutions within partner hospitals.
• Engage with patients and families to understand their financial requirements.
• Generate and convert leads for medical loans and crowdfunding.
• Assist patients with documentation and the digital application process.
• Drive patient referrals through hospital staff and coordinators.
• Coordinate with internal sales, credit and operations teams for timely lead closure.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions and disbursals using CRM/digital tools.
• Achieve assigned business and referral targets.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can build strong hospital relationships and drive patient financing and crowdfunding referrals.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, fintech, lending, insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong hospital relationship management or healthcare sales exposure will be an advantage.
• Experience with medical financing / healthcare loans / fintech lending is highly preferred.
• Crowdfunding experience is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Comfortable with regular local travel and hospital visits.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, mobile apps and digital onboarding.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
