Job summary

CarePal Money in Bengaluru/Chennai is hiring for a Business Development Associate to build hospital partnerships and drive patient financing referrals.

The role requires 1–5 years in business development or healthcare sales, fluency in English and Hindi, willingness to travel locally, and comfort with CRM and digital onboarding tools. You will onboard hospitals, manage relationships with hospital staff, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, fintech, lending or financial services preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit hospitals regularly.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, mobile apps and digital onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres as partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams and patient coordinators.
• Conduct regular hospital visits and field meetings.
• Create awareness of medical financing and crowdfunding solutions within partner hospitals.
• Engage with patients and families to understand their financial requirements.
• Generate and convert leads for medical loans and crowdfunding.
• Assist patients with documentation and the digital application process.
• Drive patient referrals through hospital staff and coordinators.
• Coordinate with internal sales, credit and operations teams for timely lead closure.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions and disbursals using CRM/digital tools.
• Achieve assigned business and referral targets.
