Job summary

CarePal Money in Mumbai seeks a Hospital Relationship Manager to build and nurture ties with hospital management, doctors, finance departments, and patient coordinators. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all hospital stakeholders regarding CarePal Money.

Regular local travel is expected to engage partners and drive referrals. You will coordinate with internal teams (telesales, credit, operations), monitor daily leads and conversions, and strive to maximize patient financing

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in business development, sales or partnerships in healthcare/fintech.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hospitals and staff.
• Willingness to travel locally for partner meetings and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Hospital Relationship Management: build and strengthen relationships with hospital stakeholders.
• Drive patient referrals and coordinate with telesales, credit, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Hospital Relationship Management
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance departments, patient coordinators, and support staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all hospital stakeholders regarding CarePal Money
• Conversion & Performance Tracking
• Drive maximum patient referral volume from each hospital by building rapport and trust with frontline medical staff and hospital coordinators.
• Coordinate with internal telesales, credit, and operations teams to ensure swift turnaround on leads and timely updates to patients.
• Track daily leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Experience: 1-5 years in business development, sales, or partnerships in healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Travel: Comfortable with regular local travel for partner meetings and field visits
• Tech Proficiency: Hands-on with CRM tools, mobile apps, and digital onboarding tools
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Mindset: High ownership, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
