We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our institute and hospital tie‑ups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and driving business growth within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with institutes and hospitals to enhance business opportunities and expand our network.
- Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational goals. Draft, review, and finalize contracts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, institute heads, and decision‑makers. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership‑related queries.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and industry trends. Analyze competitive landscape to develop strategies for effective partnership engagement.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align partnership goals with overall company objectives. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations and institutional frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
