Job summary

Simplilearn is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist – B2C (Individual Contributor) in Bangalore. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and recommend suitable Simplilearn programs to help them succeed.

As an individual contributor, you will drive outbound calls, tailor solutions, and convert leads into paying customers. You will work with the B2C team to meet monthly targets, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing for feedback.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–5 years B2C inside sales experience in EdTech or service-based industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
