Job summary

Vee Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive/Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead growth from Bengaluru/Bangalore with remote work options. The role supports WFH and WFO, requiring strong experience in cold calling, market research, and lead generation.

Responsibilities include designing BD campaigns, engaging key decision-makers, and aligning with Marketing and Sales to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cold Calling, Market Research, and Lead Generation.
• BE/B.Tech required; Diploma candidates will not be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans leveraging knowledge of the AEC (or Civil) space and customer needs.
• Design and implement targeted BD campaigns using data-driven insights, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, offering value-added insights to drive growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and other teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
• Apply advanced knowledge of MEP principles to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Analyze BD metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve growth and meet targets.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to develop and execute aligned business development strategies, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
• Apply advanced knowledge of MEP principles to identify complex opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive business development.
• Analyze business development metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business development strategies and improve overall business growth. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.
