Job summary

Wormhole Media in Thane, India is expanding its AI-driven real estate and consumer brands outreach. We are hiring an entry-level sales professional to generate more leads and schedule meetings for the founder.

Expect daily coaching from the founder, a fixed salary plus incentives on qualified meetings, and commission on closed deals. This role offers a fast-paced environment where you can grow into a senior sales position as we scale.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in sales or telemarketing.
• Confident, articulate spoken English and Hindi.
• Resilient, able to handle rejection and continue dialing.
• Familiar with social media terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cold call 60 to 70 prospects daily from provided list.
• Qualify interest and book meetings on founder's calendar.
• Follow up on WhatsApp and email until you get a yes or a clean no.
• Log every call in the CRM on the same day.
• Share daily metrics: dials, connects, meetings booked.

We're expanding and we want someone to generate more leads for us.

What you'll do:

• Cold call 60 to 70 prospects a day from a list we provide
• Qualify interest and book meetings on the founder's calendar
• Follow up on WhatsApp and email until you get a yes or a clean no
• Log every call in the CRM, same day.
• Share daily numbers: dials, connects, meetings booked

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Confident, articulate spoken English and Hindi
• Someone who can get hung up on 50 times and dial 51
• Well versed with social media terminologies, theory is enough but practical is a plus.
