The business coordinator will support the day-to-day coordination and execution of
compliance activities relating to HCP/HCO engagements, events, sponsorships, third-party
engagements, agreements, payments, documentation and approvals.
The role will work closely with Business, Finance, Legal, IT and regional/country teams to
ensure activities are processed and closed on time and in line with company policies, SOPs,
applicable regulations and industry codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Business/BU teams on HCP/HCO engagements, events, sponsorships and third-party activities.
- Raise and Review requests and ensure required documents, approvals and information are complete.
- Manage and monitor requests through Compliance Portal and other workflow systems.
- Track approvals, pending requests, TATs and post-activity requirements and drive timely closure.
- Review agendas, agreements, invoices, activity reports, proof of services and other
- Identify documentation gaps, process deviations and delays and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards and management reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement and other stakeholders to resolve process related matters.
- Support compliance training and guide Business users on SOPs, MATS and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits, monitoring and investigations.
- Support development and implementation of SOPs, checklists, workflows and process improvements.
- Escalate significant compliance concerns, recurring delays or deviations to Compliance leadership.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Coordination, Business Operations, Compliance Operations, Sales/Commercial Operations, Healthcare Operations or similar roles.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination, request management, approvals, documentation, follow-ups and process tracking.
- Experience with portals, workflow systems, dashboards or reporting tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in medical devices, pharma, healthcare or life sciences will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities.
- High level of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.
