Job summary

The Investment Trust of India (ITI) is seeking an experienced professional for its Jaipur branch to handle Home Loan and Loan Against Property operations. The role emphasizes efficient branch administration, lending, product sales, and exceptional customer service, with a growth-driven approach through business development.

Ideal candidates will have 5–6 years of Home Loan/LAP experience, mentor junior staff, and drive daily activities to meet branch targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Home Loan / LAP
• Strong customer relationship management
• Ability to meet branch sales targets
• Onboarding new customers and KYC

Responsibilities

• Administer daily branch operations for Home Loan/LAP
• Drive business development to grow book; achieve sales goals
• Lead and coordinate lending, product sales and customer service
• Prepare monthly activity calendars and monitor daily sales report
• Onboard new customers and ensure proper onboarding ramp-up
• Mentor new joinees and current staff for performance
• Timely closure of OTC and PDD and maintain daily operations

Role & responsibilities :

Home Loan / Loan Against Property:

• Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service,
• Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales.
• Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of activities for RO/RM/SM.
• Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired
• Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
• Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
• Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
• Mentor/Guide new joinees as well as existing branch employees.
• Timely Closure of OTC and PDD.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 to 6 years exp required into Home Loan /LAP.
