Job summary

Porter in Vadodara is seeking a driven Field Operations Executive to onboard driver partners on the ground. You will conduct on-field visits, explain Porter services, and guide drivers through documentation and app onboarding.

You will work to meet daily onboarding targets, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain accurate field data using Excel and internal tools. Prior field experience and local language fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Fluent in local language; basic English/Hindi preferred.
• Experience in field work / field sales / field operations is mandatory.
• Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.

• Ensure drivers understand onboarding requirements, policies, and processes.
• Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate field data and daily reports using Excel and internal tools.
• Support and guide junior field staff, if assigned (team handling experience preferred).

Eligibility & Requirements

• Previous experience in field work / field sales / field operations is mandatory.
• Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
• Must be fluent in the local language; basic English/Hindi preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good local area knowledge (routes, transport hubs, driver hotspots).
• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven roles.

Mandatory Skills & Assets

• Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Must be proficient in field-level documentation and compliance.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, tracking, reports).
• Ability to use smartphones, apps, and digital onboarding tools. Preferred Background
• Experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, or driver onboarding roles.
• Prior exposure to working with driver partners, fleet owners, or transporters.
