Job summary

Porter is looking for a tele-inside sales associate to call prospect leads, convert potential clients, and capture market insights for business growth. You will work with the Regional Category Operations team and must communicate effectively in Tamil and English.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

To call prospect leads for achieving organizational targets and meet daily connected calls target
Proactively do calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights.
Candidates should have persuading and convincing skills for converting leads.
Collate market insights from customers and Partners
Work with team to achieve the organizational goals
Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.
Conduct pricing & mystery shopping activities, get qualitative insights from partners
