Job summary

Porter is hiring for a front-line Outreach Executive in Mumbai to drive lead contact and platform adoption. You will call prospect leads, understand objectives, and record insights to inform strategy.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of relevant experience, excellent communication in Hindi and English, and willingness to visit field locations as needed. This role reports to the 2Ws - Regional Category Operations department.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with fluent Hindi and English.
• Willingness to visit field locations if required.

Responsibilities

• To call prospect leads for achieving organisational targets and meet daily connected calls target
• To understand the overall objective of the calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights
• Connect to Partners/customers on a daily basis from office.
• Influence partners to come to platform
• Influence Customers to book order from the platform
• Maintain Relation with Partner/Customers
