Job summary

Porter is seeking a Trainee for a contract role to support our expanding last-mile logistics network in Bengaluru. The role focuses on outbound calls to leads, gathering insights, and driving engagements with partners and customers on the Porter platform.

You will use Excel for data tracking, require fluent Hindi and English, and demonstrate strong persuasive abilities to convert leads and secure platform adoption. Willingness to visit ground locations as needed and grow with a fast-paced team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1) To call prospect leads for achieving organisational targets and meet daily connected calls target
• 2) To understand the overall objective of the calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights
• 3) Candidate should have persuading and convincing skills for converting leads.
• 4) Connect to Partners/customers on a daily basis from office.
• 5) Influence partners to come to platform
• 6) Influence Customers to book order from the platform
• 7) Maintain Relation with Partner/Customers
• 8) candidate should have excellent communication Skills and Fluent speaking skills in hindi/english
• 10) Able influence stakeholders on a telephonic conversation
• 11) Job also requires to visit ground if req as well
