Qualifications

• Experience in field work/field operations is mandatory.
• Team handling experience is an added advantage.
• Fluency in local language; basic English/Hindi preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills are required.
• Good knowledge of local routes and driver hotspots.

• Maintain field data and daily reports using Excel and internal tools.
• Support and guide junior field staff, if assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers understand onboarding requirements, policies, and processes.
• Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and conversion targets.

• Support and guide junior field staff, if assigned (team handling experience preferred).

Eligibility & Requirements

Previous experience in field work / field sales / field operations is mandatory.

Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.

Must be fluent in the local language; basic English/Hindi preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good local area knowledge (routes, transport hubs, driver hotspots).

Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven roles
