Job summary

Hoora Technologies is seeking a proactive Field Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand retailer networks, and boost product visibility across pan-India locations. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, customer focus, and willingness to travel across assigned areas.

You will conduct shop-to-shop visits, develop retailer/distributor relationships, and pursue new business opportunities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Drive ground-level sales, product promotion, branding, and market penetration.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Travel within assigned areas to develop new markets and strengthen existing relationships.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
