Job summary

VARITE India Private Limited is seeking a Senior techno-functional SME for ServiceNow IRM. You will gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable IRM solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.

You will configure and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules such as Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, Issues, and Audit Management. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, support platform releases and UAT, develop reports

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, or ServiceNow delivery roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM functional, technical, and solution design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, and Audit processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
