- For Developers 4+ Years
- Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.
- Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Work on Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Policy Management modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Lead development activities and mentor junior developers.
- Review technical designs and ensure coding best practices.
- Handle complex integrations and platform customizations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage sprint deliverables.
- For Architects
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions and architecture.
- Define technical roadmaps and governance standards.
- Provide solution consulting and technical leadership.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of the platform.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
- CIS-IRM / CIS-GRC certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
