Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a Senior ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer to design and implement risk, policy, and compliance workflows within ServiceNow. The role is Hybrid with Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai locations, offering collaboration across security, risk, and IT teams.

You will develop risk assessments, controls, attestations, and integrations using REST APIs and Flow Designer, while ensuring RBAC and platform security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management.
• Configure and customize Risk Assessments, Controls, Policies, Indicators, Issues, Attestations, and Compliance workflows.
• Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Build and enhance workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards for GRC processes.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Translate business, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, upgrades, data migration, production issues, and platform enhancements.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and role-based access controls.
