Job summary

SMFG India Credit seeks a highly skilled ServiceNow professional with 7+ years of experience to design, implement, and support ServiceNow across Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Financial Services Operations (FSO), and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) modules.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, coordinate with SI partners, and drive scalable digital transformation through innovative ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation.
• Experience working on ServiceNow solutions within Banking & Financial Services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO), Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Ability to deliver ServiceNow implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and implement solutions leveraging:
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Financial Services Operations (FSO)
• Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Coordinate with the SI partner to prepare solution architecture, functional specifications, and design documents
• Coordinate the testing teams for closure of UAT, keeping track of defects & deliveries

Functional & Business Consulting

• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, OR, Fraud Risk Management, Legal, and HR Operations stakeholders
• Get the configuration and customization done for ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations via SI partner
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
• Support business process re-engineering and operational excellence programs

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical teams during implementation and post-production support phases
• Review configurations, customizations, and development activities
• Presentation of changes to Enterprise Architect, Change Control Board for approvals

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management
• Track project deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation.
• Experience working on ServiceNow solutions within Banking & Financial Services environment.
