Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Pune is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Consultant to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, Compliance and Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The consultant will work with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, auditors, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve risk visibility, control effectiveness, compliance management, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience.
• Proficient in ServiceNow architecture and integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and analytics.
• Strong CMDB/ITSM integration with GRC processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support GRC/IRM on ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, auditors, and IT teams.
• Deliver scalable risk visibility and compliance management.
• Ensure operational resilience and effective controls.
