Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master + Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires working closely with business teams, development teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a Scrum Master to ensure Agile best practices are followed across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize requirements, and support sprint execution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Track sprint progress, project milestones, and team performance metrics.
• Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile processes and team collaboration.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as both Scrum Master and Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project delivery.
• Ability to create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Data, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation projects is an added advantage.
• Exposure to client-facing and offshore/onshore coordination environments preferred.
