This role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define clear product requirements, and manage the timely delivery of projects. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Requirement Gathering:
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements for product features and functionalities.
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews to capture user stories and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Project Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.
  • Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and deployment of projects.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and communicate any changes to the project scope or timeline.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Assist in defining test plans, test cases, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes.
  • Ensure requirements are being met through testing and validation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirement gathering, and documentation methods.
• Experience in project management with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
