Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our team. This hybrid role requires expertise in business analysis and Agile methodologies to facilitate seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, refining product backlogs, ensuring Agile best practices, and driving efficient delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and business cases.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for business solutions.
• Work with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure proper tracking of sprint progress, burn-down charts, and other Agile metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within Agile teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe).
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Knowledge in Azure DevOps will be given priority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis or basic programming along with ability to work on tools like MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile scaling frameworks.
