The role focuses on facilitating Agile execution, Jira reporting, and collaboration with product owners, architects, developers, and testers to ensure successful UAT and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT BA and Agile delivery experience.
• Hands-on in BA and Scrum Master roles.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements; document process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration needs.
• Work with product owners, architects, developers, and testers to clarify scope and support UAT.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and track sprint commitments.
• Maintain Jira backlog quality, issue ownership, status updates, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Drive practical improvements in team delivery and Agile discipline.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements; document process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration needs.


• Work with product owners, architects, developers, and testers to clarify scope and support UAT.


• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and track sprint commitments.


• Maintain Jira backlog quality, issue ownership, status updates, dashboards, and delivery metrics.


• Communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions to business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across IT business analysis and Agile delivery, with hands-on experience performing both BA and Scrum Master responsibilities.


• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user story writing, and process analysis skills.


• Experience with Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and Jira reporting.


• Working understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and the software development lifecycle.


• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred:CSM, PSM, CBAP, PMI-AC P, PMP, or SAFe certification; experience with cloud or enterprise integration projects.
