Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and document current claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes. You will support the harmonization of processes and participate in future-state solution design discussions.

Additionally, you will capture business requirements, process flows, dependencies, and open topics, while coordinating with business users, process owners, consultants, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims, returns, reverse logistics, warranty, or aftersales logistics processes.
• Understanding of SAP ERP business processes in logistics or service operations.
• Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and testing support.
