Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Pune seeks a senior SAP SD/OTC consultant to provide global L2 support and manage end-to-end OTC processes. You will align SAP SD with global templates, develop RICEFW specs, and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements and issue resolution.

The role requires 8 years in SAP SD with OTC expertise, experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts, and strong knowledge of EDI/IDoc, pricing, and billing. Automotive/manufacturing background is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide global L2 SAP SD/LE support and ensure SLA compliance.
• Configure end-to-end OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, consignment and intercompany transactions.
• Analyze, design, and standardize SAP SD processes with global templates.
• Develop functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support SAP GTS integration for export/import compliance and cross-border logistics.
• Manage SAP EDI/IDoc integrations with OEMs and troubleshoot interfaces.
• Support logistics execution including deliveries, PGI, warehouse integration, and RF systems.
• Configure and maintain pricing, customer master data, output management, and labeling solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM, and external apps.
• Drive process improvements, global rollouts, and continuous SAP SD optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD with strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD/LE, Pricing, Billing, EDI/IDoc, and RICEFW.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, PP, EWM, and SAP GTS.
• Background in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global support environments with L2 support exposure.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
