Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder workshops across finance functions.

You will help shape future-state operating models, develop process maps and business cases, and support the implementation of finance technology including vendor evaluation and UAT. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive change and realise benefits across programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Transformation.
• Strong FP&A, S2P/P2P and/or R2R process understanding.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder workshops across Finance functions.
• Assess current-state processes and support future-state process and operating model design.
