• Experience working with Deliver Customer Service and global process owners across regions.
• Advanced SQLPlus skills; strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts: star schema, snowflake.
• Ability to challenge the status quo, influence partners and drive improvements to fulfillment processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new systems, technologies, and processes.
