Job summary

You will collaborate with operations, finance, customer service, and IT to map and optimize workflows, prepare BRDs/FRS, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by working with stakeholders across operations, finance, customer service, and IT.
• Analyze logistics processes (booking, pickup, transportation, delivery, billing, freight calculation, POD, tracking) to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Prepare BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows; lead requirement workshops and gap analysis sessions.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams, validate solutions, and support UAT.
• Assess change requests and production issues for business impact.
• Support rollout, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Prepare management reports/dashboards and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
