Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / SCM Business Analyst in Supply Chain, Logistics or Order Management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience in customer order processing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments and PI Planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and process expertise to guide the Scrum team.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business requirements and process priorities.
• Prepare Features for Program Increment (PI) Planning with Product Manager / Chief Product Owner.
• Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare business content and requirements for Iteration Planning.
• Actively participate in Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate complex business topics across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Translate supply chain and logistics requirements into clear functional requirements for technology teams.
• Work closely with international teams to ensure successful implementation of logistics processes.
• Support continuous improvement of Claims & Returns and customer order processing processes.
