Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is hiring a seasoned Business Analyst – Analytics (BFSI) to join our India delivery team. The role targets candidates with 8–12 years of overall experience and at least 5 years in BFSI, with immediate availability preferred.

You will work on analytics and data transformation projects, understanding banking systems and global delivery practices, and translate business needs into concrete technical requirements for data teams and testing.

Role Type: Business Analyst

Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A generic Transformation BA with good experience across any banking domain. A background in global delivery of data projects, along with awareness of the client's core systems and ways of operating, is highly desirable.
