Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for Transaction Banking/Payments to drive payments transformation initiatives across front-end customer journeys.

The role requires deep BFSI experience and strong cross-border/payments domain exposure, with emphasis on EPICs/User Stories and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with multi-geography teams, support end-to-end delivery, and contribute to risk and issues analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser) — strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser.
• Sub-domain exposure to at least one: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance & Regulatory Payments (across more than 2 geographies).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more — not limited to Sprints and Scrum planning.
• Strong at writing EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; running elaborate requirement workshops and backlog grooming.
• Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a BA at each stage, with a good command of risk & issues analysis.

Role Type: Business Analyst

Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Pune / Bangalore preferred.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
