Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive digital wealth enablement initiatives within BFSI. You will gather requirements, support PI planning, and map processes across business and technology teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience, strong Agile practice, and familiarity with wealth management journeys. Location-flexible within India; immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
• Location flexibility within India with Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Chennai preferred.

Role Type: Business Analyst
Number of Openings: 2
Total Experience Required: 8-12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for digital wealth enablement initiatives
• Support PI (Program Increment) planning and Agile ceremonies for the wealth workstream

• Contribute BA expertise to wealth management journey and Relationship Manager (RM)-facing initiatives

Required / Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience working in digital environments and initiatives
• Strong PI (Program Increment) planning capabilities, with demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies and ways of working
• Robust core Business Analyst skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with wealth management journeys and processes
• Understanding of Relationship Manager (RM) functionalities within financial services
