Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Analytics for BFSI to lead end-to-end analytics and data transformation initiatives across delivery teams in India.

The ideal candidate has 8–14 years of overall experience, at least 5 years in BFSI, strong Agile/SAFe practice, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive business transformation initiatives to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of overall relevant experience in project management.
• Minimum 5 years of BFSI experience; 8–14+ BFSI experience for the senior band.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication and delivery-focused Business Transformation project experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics/data transformation projects
• Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to plan, track, and manage delivery

Role Type: Project Manager

Number of Openings: 2

Total Experience Required: 8-14 years of overall relevant experience (exact level determined based on candidate profile).

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience is mandatory; candidates with 8-14+ years of BFSI experience will be considered for the more senior band of this role.

Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Type: Full Time - Permanent

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
