The role requires 5+ years in BTL/Field Marketing within real estate, Tamil and English fluency, and strong vendor management. You will coordinate site branding and ROI tracking while forging local partnerships to elevate the KG

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BTL/Field Marketing from Real Estate is preferred.
• Must have a strong understanding of Chennais geography and premium neighborhoods.
• Must be fluent in Tamil and English.
• Strong negotiation skills, vendor management, and a feet-on-the-street mindset.
• Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Activations: Plan and execute roadshows, mall kiosks, corporate park activations, and RWA events.
• Lead Generation: Drive high-quality site visits and walk-ins through BTL activities.
• Site Branding: Oversee branding at project sites including hoardings, flags, and experience centers.
• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for fabrication, printing, and event manpower.
• Local Tie-ups: Build relationships with local communities and corporate hubs for marketing opportunities.
• Reporting: Track ROI on all BTL spends and maintain reports on lead conversion.

• Activations: Plan and execute roadshows, mall kiosks, corporate park activations, and RWA (apartment) events.
• Lead Generation: Focus on driving high-quality site visits and walk-ins through BTL activities.
• Site Branding: Oversee end-to-end branding at project sites, including hoardings, flags, and experience centers.
• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for fabrication, printing, and event manpower.
• Local Tie-ups: Build relationships with local communities and corporate hubs for niche marketing opportunities.
• Reporting: Track ROI on all BTL spends and maintain detailed reports on lead conversion.
