Job summary

Team Computers in Delhi NCR is seeking a dynamic Promoter / BTL Executive to drive on-ground brand awareness and customer engagement. The role focuses on BTL marketing, field promotions, brand activations, and direct consumer interaction.

You will execute promotional activities, conduct product sampling at exhibitions, malls, and events, and build partnerships to extend reach. Travel across Delhi NCR and weekend work may be required to ensure successful activations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in BTL marketing.
• Excellent communication and field presence.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and work weekends/events when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground promotional activities and brand activation campaigns.
• Conduct product sampling at exhibitions, marathons, malls, etc.
• Interact with consumers, explain product benefits, and drive product trials and sales.
• Identify new BTL opportunities and local promotional partnerships.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and adherence to brand guidelines during all activations.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and work during weekends/events when required.
