Job summary

Makeo in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on marketing coordinator to plan and execute BTL campaigns, activations, promotions and events.

You will work with vendors, agencies and on-ground teams, travel as needed, and track budgets and performance. This role offers growth in a fast-paced team, with opportunities to collaborate with sales and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, activations, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, promoters, and other external partners.
• Manage on-ground brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, sampling activities, and promotional events.
• Identify suitable locations and opportunities for customer engagement.
• Coordinate promotional materials, branding, merchandise, and POSM requirements.
• Monitor campaign execution and ensure activities are delivered as per brand guidelines and timelines.
• Track campaign expenses and maintain budgets.
• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Collect customer feedback and campaign performance data.
• Prepare campaign reports with insights, photographs, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the sales and digital marketing teams to support overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good vendor and agency management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground, including weekends when required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
